Sources and evidence

Ark Energy prefers primary documents from energy agencies, regulators, system operators, companies and research institutions. News reports may provide context or identify a developing event, but material numbers and policy claims should link to the most direct public record available.

Articles distinguish observed results from forecasts and scenarios. Where sources disagree, the article should state the difference instead of blending the estimates. Editors retain working links and publication dates so readers can inspect the evidence.

Analysis and independence

Coverage focuses on how energy systems operate: connection dates, contracts, costs, reliability, emissions measurement and the party responsible for delivery. Ark Energy does not accept payment in exchange for favorable editorial treatment. Any future sponsored material will carry a clear label.

Updates

Editors may update an article when a cited forecast changes, a project reaches a milestone or a material error comes to light. A correction that changes the article's meaning will be acknowledged under the Corrections Policy.
